Bishop Vasilije of Zvornik served on December 27, 2011 in the churchu of Sts. Apostles Peter and Paul in Doboj which is at the same time the memorial church to the victims of the Doboj concentration camp, the commemoration to the suffered Serbian martyrs in the notorious Doboj camp. On this day in 1915 the Doboj camp was formed in which 45792 victims were imprisoned and brutally tortured. 12000 old men, women and children died just because they bore Serbian names.
According to many years' tradition that each great holiday representatives of the Serbian Orthodox Church community of St. Sava from Johannesburg visit orphanage of St. Sava in Atridgeville, which is led by an Orthodox priest Frumentije.

His Grace Bishop Atanasije of Hvosno served on the feast day of St. Spiridon the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the Belgrade church of St. Marko and held a sermon in the presence of lots of the faithful.

His Holiness Irinej served the Holy Liturgy in St. Basil of Ostrog church on Bezanijska Kosa. Many people of the Serbian capital gathered on this occasion to attend the formal placing of the reliquary in which are the relics of St. Basil the Wonderworker transferred through Herzegovna and Montenegro in the prayerfull procession n 1996.
Catichets who work in primary and secondary school on the territory of Archbishopric of Belgrade-Karlovac gathered on Saturday, December 24, 2011 in a great hall of the Parish house of the church of St. Basil of Ostrog in Belgrade's suburb of Bezanijska Kosa.
