On Saturday evening, June 11, Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Butte, Montana filled with faithful for the service of Great Vespers. The parish was blessed that evening with the presence of His Grace, Bishop Maxim, of the Western American Diocese.
On Monday, May 30, 2011, His Grace, Bishop Maxim together with the clergy in the LA area and the members and supporters of the Serbian United Benevolent Society celebrated the Divine Liturgy and prayed for the blessed repose of the souls of our departed loved ones and for the heroic Serbian men and women who sacrificed their lives so that we may live in freedom.
On Sunday, May 29, 2011, the Sunday of the Blind Man Venerable Theodore the Sanctified, Hieromartyr Theodore of Vrsac, and new-Martyr Vukasin, the community of the Christ the Saviour parish in Arcadia, California celebrated their Patronal Feast.
116 students are registered to the Sunday religious program in English language, 64 students in the Sunday religious program in Serbian language and 93 students registered in the Serbian language program.
His Grace Vicar Bishop Atanasije of Hvosno served the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy on Whit Tuesday in the church of Synaxis of All Serbian Saints in Karaburma.
