On Sunday eighteenth after Pentecost, on October 7, 2012 His Grace Bishop Milutin of Valjevo served the Holy Liturgy in Dupljaj. The occasion for hierarchal visit to this parish was blessing of the frescoes in the church of Saint Sava and consecration of the parish house. Bishop was concelebrated by monks and priests of the Diocese of Valjevo.
Aleksandr Torshin, the first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Assembly with associates visited Prizren and the Sts. Cyrill and Methodius Seminary. As the president of the International Humanitarian Foundation for Preservation of Christian Sacred Places in Kosovo and Metohija "Saint Sabbas the Sanctified Foundation" personally presented scholarships to 25 students of the Seminary in the presence of Bishop Teodosije of Raska-Prizren, the rector of the Seminary, and professors of the school.
With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Abroad and His Eminence Archbishop Kyrril of San Francisco and Western America, the Myrrh-streaming “Hawaiian” Iveron Icon of the Mother of God will be brought to the continental US in honor of the 5th anniversary of the appearance of the Myrrh-Streaming Icon itself, the five year celebration of the Re-unification of the Russian Orthodox Church, the 15th anniversary of the martyrdom of Br. Jose Munoz, and the 30th anniversary of the finding of the Montreal Iveron Icon.
His Grace Bishop Joanikije of Budimlje-Niksic consecrated on Saturday, September 29, along with the priesthood the church of Holy Apostles Peter and Paul in Cafa Prijedolska.

The central state manifestation devoted to the preservation of the remembrance of the innocently suffered during the World War Two at the scaffold in Jajinci near Belgrade was organized last Saturday, October 6, 2012 by the Government Committee for fostering tradition of the liberation wars of Serbia. On this occasion His Grace Bishop Atanasije met with representatives of the state and militar leadership, foreign military ataches in Serbia, as well as survived camp inmates among those was Mrs. Dusica Milacic who was born on May 21, 1942 bv her mother Radmila Rajkovic.
