On Sunday, November 15, 2015, His Grace Bishop Nicholas of Manhattan, Deputy Secretay of the Synod of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, officiated at Divine Liturgy at the Synodal Cathedal of Our Lady “of the Sign” along with the cathedral’s Senior Priest, Protopriest Andrei Sommer; Protopriest Vasily Raskovsky; Hieromonk Evtikhy (Dovganiuk); Protodeacon Nicolas Mokhoff; Deacon Denis Lvov and Deacon Nazary Fataliev. A choir of 40 sang Peter Tchaikovsky’s Liturgy of St John Chrysostom under the direction of Peter Fekula.
On Friday, November 6, 2015, the feast day of the Moscow Icon of the Mother of God “Joy of All Who Sorrow,” His Eminence Archbishop Kyrill of San Francisco and Western America, Secretary of the Synod of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, celebrated Divine Liturgy at San Francisco’s cathedral dedicated to the icon, and performed all-night vigil the evening before. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the great cathedral, which contains the uncorrupt relics of St John of Shanghai and San Francisco the Miracle-Worker.

On Monday, November 30, 2015, His Eminence Archbishop Mark of Berlin and Germany will prayerfully celebrate the 35th anniversary of his episcopal consecration at Holy Grand Duchess Elizabeth Convent in the Bavarian city of Buchendorf by celebrating Divine Liturgy at 4 am. He will perform the all-night vigil the evening before.
On Monday, the 3rd/16th of November 2015, the Patriarchate commemorated the translation of the relics of St George the Great Martyr and Trophy Bearer, and the inauguration of the church dedicated to his name in Lydda (Lod) in the 4th c. AD.
