On 21 February 2026, at a formal reception held at the Saint Sava House on Vračar, His Holiness Serbian Patriarch kyr Porfirije conferred the Order of Saint Prince Lazar upon Mr. Alexey Yevgenyevich Likhachev, Director General of the State Corporation Rosatom and Director of the Christian Heritage and Culture Foundation.
 
Upon the proposal of His Holiness the Patriarch, the Holy Synod of Bishops conferred upon Mr. A. E. Likhachev this high ecclesiastical decoration as a token of recognition and gratitude for his numerous benefactions and his proven love for the Serbian Orthodox Church, as well as for his immeasurable contribution to the advancement and preservation of Christian culture and Orthodox heritage throughout the world.
 
The solemn ceremony was attended by Mrs. Nadezhda V. Likhacheva; Mr. Yegor Skopenko, Executive Director of the Christian Heritage and Culture Foundation; Mrs. Marija Deurić, Director of the Rosatom Representative Office in Serbia; His Grace Bishop of Remesiana kyr Stefan, Head of the Representation of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Moscow; Archimandrite Danilo, Director of the Patriarchal Administrative Office; Protopresbyter Đorđe Stojisavljević, Head of the Cabinet of the Serbian Patriarch; and Mr. Miljan Nikitović, official of the Serbian Patriarchate.
