His Holiness Serbian Patriarch kyr Porfirije met on 13 March 2026, at the headquarters of the Patriarchate in Belgrade, with the President of the International Foundation for the Spiritual Unity of Peoples, Mr. Valery Alekseyev, who was visiting Belgrade on the occasion of the International Conference “80 Years After the Victory.”
 
Also present at the reception were: Mr. Aleksander Botsan Kharchenko, Ambassador of the Russian Federation; Ms. Natalia Kotsev, Head of the Serbian Department of the International Foundation for the Spiritual Unity of Peoples; Ms. Elena Kaminskaya, Director of the publishing house K Yedinstvu; and Protopresbyter Đorđe Stojisavljević, Head of the Office of the Serbian Patriarch.
 
The International Foundation for the Unity of Orthodox Peoples was established in 1995 with the blessing of the ever-memorable Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Alexy. The aim of the foundation is to strengthen spiritual ties among Orthodox peoples through numerous projects in the fields of cultural and social cooperation.
